Before you send
Questions people ask
Can I only ask my happy customers?
No. That is review gating, the FTC treats it as deceptive, and we do not do it. Every customer gets the same request.
Can you write testimonials for me?
Never. Every testimonial is a real customer's words, and on Story the customer approves the write-up before it is shown.
What about negative feedback?
It comes to you privately so you can fix the problem. It is never deleted from a public review site on your behalf.
Can customers change their mind?
Yes. Anyone can ask to have their testimonial removed or their name changed, and we do it the same day.
